Hello, I decided to come back to Genshin after a long time but realized that it takes a long time to defeat weak enemies and am currently stuck in Inazuma. I'm AR45 and want to know what's wrong with my team.

Farm artifacts. For your two onfield DPS focus on attack %, crit rate and crit damage and energy regen as a secondary stat if you can get it.
I think Noelle wants defense % and energy regen. You have to look at her talents to see what increases her shield and damage.
You need a support character that will increase the damage of your onfield DPS and provide offfield element application.
