A Lil Fatui Harbinger Rant (SPOILER)
Why do they keep getting culled T-T ??
>!Signora, Capitano, and Dottore's dead. Well Capitano's unresponsive at least let's leave it at that. Scaramouche is now a wandering scholar with a goofy ass name, and Columbina's the Welkin Moon.!< What happened to the cvntiest brigade in all of Teyvat T-T ??
I'm sad we're never seeing all 11 of them and the Tsaritsa in their full glory, with the winter coats and everything. I hope Arlecchino, Pantalone, and Pierro give enough chique for the rest of em.

Are we just going to conveniently ignore Nagato? The leader trust Naruto in the end and revive everyone in Konoha.
And didn't Hidan kill all his partners till he got paired up with Kakuzu, which didn't really fix Hidan's behavior, he just couldn't do much (TBH, been a while, might be mixing Hidan and Kakuzu for who killed their teammates but point remains that it was an akatsuki member)
And people already brought up Nagato that, in literal Tobi words, fcked over the initial plan by betraying him and trusting in Naruto
And if we're bringing up other franchises, didn't half of Espada (which majority of people first linked Harbingers to thx to the portrayal in Lazzo) in Bleach used to fck each other over?
Nagato and Obito changed their beliefs after the talk with Naruto, and sided with him, mainly Obito, while Nagato reversed what he did. And Konan is only loyal to Nagato and seeing what he did, she switched sides to be with Naruto.
Itachi, the one you mentioned technically doesn't count with being "against the MC", as all his subplot is with Sasuke. But yeah, I get your point about him.
Their work, background, or personal interests are naturally dangerous or invite the possibility of death. Some of them are bound to die or be harmed along the way.
It feels like the Harbingers as a whole never had a common or collective goal to truly aspire to. Most joined for personal reasons and only serve the Tsaritsa to a point before then pursuing personal interests a lot more (that can lead to harming other members). Is this immediately bad? No, because look what Sandrone or Capitano did. But all it amounts to is when your organization's members have personal agendas they focus on rather than focusing on a common goal, it's easier to get them into these situations where they get picked off.
Story-wise, it's an interesting direction. Of the 12, Capitano, Marionette, and Signora are dead, Dottore's whereabouts are unknown, and Scaramouche and Damslette have left. That's half of them gone. So long term it's likely going to make things more difficult for the remaining 6 just as the Traveler is about to go to Snezhnaya
however with fewer members there's more opportunity to focus on pierro so i hope he gives the traveler a bit of trouble in the future
It's like complaining Akatsuki (Naruto), Warlords (One Piece), or Espada (Bleach) members are slowly losing members as the story goes on.
Even Archons are losing members (in some ways), so why this is only a deal when it comes to the Harbingers?
also the warlords in one piece does not have a general director or a boss, so from the start i know they're strong as hell with their own unique interests, while the harbingers still have their interests while serving the tsaritsa too? i find that dynamic weird and its a shame we've never seen all of them work together before their numbers dwindle down, except if genshin decided to make a cutscene of it later in version 7.x
And Warlords do have a "boss", that is the World Government. Though in official manner, they mainly answer to the Fleet Admiral but just like the Harbingers, they have their own independent goals to do whatever they want, as long as the higher ups didn't find out.
