Im using her for my F2P Flins and Im not good at dodging and stuff... So what should I use for her?

If you have a healer/shielder then TTDS if not then Prototype Amber.

R5 tales of dragon slayer, to be more specific. And one not even need to level up this catalyst. Also it is important for onfield to go after Sucrose, for ttds buff. And that buff affected by refinement not level.

Sucrose's normal attacks and skill count as plunges and ignore enemy defense.
Put her on 4pc wanderer's troupe, then pair her with Fischl. (Only pre-c6)
To complete the team, get faruzan on Rust and Dahlia for sustain and actual plunges every 10 seconds.
Level only her skill. Everything else is pointless.

I use Sacrificial Fragments for the EM primary stat and the special ability lets you use her Skill three times. 👍🏽
