Did this happen to anyone else or did my game just break?

I was doing the quest where we make some cottage thing with Nicole for the reputation thing, and the world js kinda disappeared..? Paimon fell through the floor and my characters died once the quest was over. And I haven't seen anyone else talk about this so wtf happened 😭
