How to beat fearless shocktrooper

I'm using flins, columbina and ineffa on the crab (dont have neuv orr escoffier, so it's the only team I've been able to clear on). I've seen peoople with a similar arlecchino be able to break the shiield using xilonen kazuha and bennett, but my arlecchino seems to be doing no damage to it for some reason. I've also seen the same with skirk premium team, which I'm putting down to not having any res shred from escoffier. I don't have varesa or clorinde, so I'm struggling a little with it. Thank you!

How about considering using Flins to deal with shocktrooper, and Skirk deals with the Crab?

I tried but I wasn't able to :( I also could't do the crab with mualani either, she was doing plenty of damage to the baby crabs but it was taking so long and I couldn't consistently kill all crabs before the next ones spawned, but she was the second best team I had for the crab other than flins

Have you tried Mavuika team? In fearless I think she should be able to break the Fatui's shield

If not you could try some electro charge knock-off version with Chasca and Ororon?

I guess you can only try to find more options and change your character build to better suit for SO if you want to clear it

There is a clip with normal electro charge build for you to check, but its build might be different than yours

TBH, if you're struggling that much, sounds like your builds aren't up to scratch. But you could try:

* Flins, Columbina, Fischl, and I hope you have Sucrose just off screen, otherwise Kazuha I guess
* Chasca, Durin, Mona, Ineffa
* Mualani, Furina, Citlali, ~~Skirk~~ Xilonen (or another healer)

Maybe try to swap Fischl+Bina for Ineffa+Mona if you need a bit more on the Flins team.

That’s why I’m so stumped, my builds are quite good. The main confusion for me is that my arlecchino with nearly the exact same build, weapon and team wasn’t able to do enough damage for the electro shield, while I see every videos arlecchino have no problem. The same goes for skirk and mavuika, except with these two I’m just unable to keep the shield down after the initial chunk of damage

Well, have you tried the DPS dummy? Maybe your builds and/or execution aren't as good as you think they are, and you're not actually getting the 120k+ you'd expect from those teams. Especially since we're talking Fearless here, not Dire. The actual DPS check is around 80-90k.

The Electro character is also pretty important for Overload teams breaking the shield, since the shield still has high resist to all elements except Electro, so even if you Arle/Mav is amazingly strong, if your Fischl is weaker than theirs, that little bit of damage might make the difference vs the shield.

As for the 'brute-force' teams, it takes a lot of precise timing to keep the trooper stunlocked after breaking the shield, and the runs you've seen probably are the result of hours of resets to get through without a single mistake. Since you have the shill, just use it, and figure out the other bosses from there. Mualani+Furina double Vaping should be more than enough to deal with the Crabs, unless their builds are not great.

Hmmm who are you using for the first boss? If it’s possible you could do Flins/Aino for first boss, Bina/Ineffa for Fatui boss, and then this should free up Skirk/Furina/Xingqiu for the crab?

I cleared fearless Fatui with Bina/Ineffa/Fischl/Mona. Bina C0R5 PA, Ineffa C0R5 missive windspear, Fischl C6R5 latest event weapon, Mona C3R5 Fav

I'm trying to do the crab with skirk again, idk what's wrong with my skirk, she does \~110k per hit of her burst (both skill and burst level 10), she has 2k atk, 70:209 crit on her sig set with mistsplitter, this was with furina/mona/sigewinne

Hmm I didn’t use Skirk on the crab cause I have neuvilette, but I think you can probably swap sigewinne to xingqiu? His rain swords should be insanely fast at breaking the shields of the small crabs as well (then they can help to damage the main crab) 😓

I just tried this, she still ddidn't have enough damage :(. Not sure if I'm even using her right at this point. I'm using xq/mona to break mini crabs, twice before shield breaks I hold e on skirk, then use burst when shieldd is broken, then swap to tap e on skirk, then repeat

I don’t have her myself, but I think I’ve seen some people clearing the crab with Mualani. Maybe you could check some teams and give that a try? >.<

I’m not sure if Skirk/Citlali/Furina/XQ would work. If not you could wait a few more days to wait for people to upload their runs. I’m sure there will be some relatable runs eventually, since SO did just release

Beat it in 115s with C0 Chasca, C1 Aino, C0 Ineffa, C6 Ororon. Chasca has R1 First Great Magic, Ineffa has R5 Deathmatch, Ororon has R1 Skyward Harp. Took me about 5 attempts, but the training acquired on previous SO was still effective.
