you should receive the costume gift box via email, if you have claimed it you should take a look in your teyvat inventory bag
it's in the same bag section as your fragile resin, wishes, sigils, culi, etc.

i think everyone was sent the email in current patch. even if you're too busy to play genshin, just login to claim the email so it's permanently saved into your inventory. then you can open the gift box anytime

Just be aware that you can only get one of the skins. So read carefully, lest you end up not picking up the skin for the character you want.

Left one is female and right is male btw. Manekina is the female term while manekin is the male. It'll say which is for which

My biggest annoyance is that they didn't just give us both, and then they didn't give us an alternative method to get the 2nd one... Mad about the butler/maid being the same dang way. Many of us play with both manekins. 😭
