What team can I run with her (I got lucky and got her C2)? What sub-stats do I need? Which F2P weapons should I use? Also, any tips for Ineffa?

From what I've heard, sucrose should be the best last spot for that team over nahida. SMS on Bina, building HP and Crit, morningstar or gilded on Ineffa att/att/crit, and VV sucrose with all of the EM.
Just use protoamber for Bina and the shovel for ineffa

I think for C2 Columbina, you should go for Aubade of Morningstar over Moon instead of Silken Moon's Serenade.
And aim for 35k \~ hp and 180\~ ER, and then add crit.
