I started exploring the new nod krai area instead to try to get Ineffa and finish that exploration event. I think it’s more worth it than suffering in this thing for hours. If I lose 50/50 tho then ill be sitting in Stygian for hours anyways tho…

Assuming you don't have crazy artifacts, and are using 4 start weapons ineffa and Bina are not enough on their own. It's really tight trying to break his main shield even with the wheelchair, and meeting the DPS requirements after that is another issue too. This boss really wants a nod Krai bps.

That's been my experience so far. But just got Ineffa sig so I'll see how it'll help.

Try Xilonen if you have her. I’ve got c0r0 Columbina and Ineffa on some pretty mid to bad builds, and I couldn’t do it no matter who else I put in the last slots. I managed to clear with Sucrose and Xilonen on instructor + fav because of lunar crystallize. Just try a quick swap play style and use her skill off cooldown. Not easy but doable (especially if your builds aren’t terrible like mine lmao)

Also tested it on the test dummy. Xilonen is actually crazy good for this team. Around 17k team DPS increase. Somehow one of the best non nod Krai units for the wheelchair.

I did Columbina SMS and Ineffa on the new set. I didn’t really have a rotation tbh, I was just trying to use abilities off cooldown (especially Xilonen’s) and tried to have as close to 100% VV uptime as possible

You are using Lunar team but for those who don't have a lunar team they need to kill the mini birds or chicken (not sure what it is lol) to destroy the shield of the boss

It’s not. Both of those bosses have less health than this one, and both are far less restrictive.

Herra’s mechanic can be used against it; just infuse it with an element and get free reactions. C0R1 Mavuika can even reach 200k DPS by exploiting the free melts and some skillfull dash cancels.

Papilla’s shield is easily dealt with using either Pyro MC (a free character that can hold Scroll to buff the team) and/or burning teams.

Herra has 8m HP in fearless. Papilla has 6.4m. Lord of the Hidden Depths has 12.4m, almost as high as both of these bosses combined and still wants you to have Lunar characters on top of that.

The workaround for the papilla and the herra is much easier to deal with,

Papilla with burning or high application units like fischl

Herra by abusing the permanent aura to do crazy stuff like full vaporise neuvilette

But this new boss, on top of having way more health than the 2 others, and if you don't have the shilled characters, require grouping + high aoe dps while still having a team that is good in single target to keep up for the normal phase

Yeah this boss was bs... Brute forced it with Mavuika. BiNefer alone isn't enough DPS against this boss. Lauma really is a necessity for Nefer Premium teams.

Honestly you should ignore the mini enemies, I swear they require more dmg then the shield of the main boss. Going unga bunga on the boss was a lot more succesfull for me over trying to kill the adds, especially since you want to group them to kill them quickly enough.

Waiting for the shield to come down while farming energy was the way I found for finishing menacing. My only way of grouping the chickens was Jean, but by then I had barely time to bring them down to 1/2 HP.

The dog's shield was a no go too. My half assed lunar charged team barely scratched it and even with Durin and Bennet's help I could only brute force it down to maybe 30%-40% before the burst.
