Besides Albedo who prefers Husk or Golden, and Sucrose who wants VV, they're pretty much all attack scalers, so the set makes sense.

You can still use it if the other four slots have the set you want. The only good thing about artifacts it the bonus slot where you can put wat you want. This one is good, so I'll keep it and try to improve the other ones.
Like others said, for the future, is better to check the set avaible and put a filter on the one you want. So you don't see other sets.
It can still be your 5th random piece and the 4 others are the right set

For a very good piece like this, just use it as an off-piece. For on-set goblet and circlet, just craft them all.

The thing that help me recognize them visually is if it have pink color in it then it is the lunar set, else the Hexerei one.
Be real people, do you remember the name of all the artifacts pieces in a set? No, you can't say VV or Emblem, but Sundered feather, etc... Yeah, because that the one in the detail, not the set name, but piece name.
But that is an epic off piece, or on piece for any hp scaling dps Hexerei in the future.

That's rough, but not all is lost. Columbina wants HP/HP/Crit, not so much HP/Hydro/Crit, so it's not that crazy to get an on-set Goblet and have your sands be the off-piece.

At least when it comes to Columbina... IIRC HP main stats have the higher chance of showing up for Cups, so if anything you can use this as a solid Off-Piece for Columbina.
So be grateful Columbina doesn't need Dmg% or even worse: EM Main Stats.
