Has anyone got this wish glitch animation? I’m not sure if it showed up in older versions for some players or if it’s exclusive to the Capturing Radiance wish. Just a cool detail that I've noticed

You can't skip the animation, if you press skip it does that staticky effect.
As far as I know, it's always been like this, though I just spam skip all my rolls anyway and I don't think I ever got capturing radiance in earlier patches after it came out so I couldn't say for sure.

Edit: what I noticed is that the "points" on the constellation art are shinier. Also the lines that connect them.

But yes, this specific animation, where it turns into a fate, you cant skip it. Perhaps it is Hoyo's way of saying "poor you, here is a reminder you lost multiple times and we are giving this one to you as charity💌"

It doesnt turn into a fate normally, only happens on capturing radiance, a somewhat new feature (only adding during the 5.x updates) where theres a chance to lose the 50/50 but still get the limited banner character
