Could you not have broken up your shock trooper team and put Ineffa or Columbina to deal with chicken dog? It looks like you defeated him with ease, so maybe that team is too stacked for it's own good. And looking at who dealt the most damage for shock trooper, it seems like your Columbina is strong enough.

Believe me I tried every combination of my Lunar characters and nothing was enough
I even have Lauma and nothing was enough DPS past the shield

You’re supposed to ignore the chickens and only focus on the dog with lunar. It’s very easy once you realize that, took me a while myself to figure it out

Bina, Lauma, Nahida and Nilou can shred the chicken dog really quickly. Also if you didn't know, Bina can use her charge attack the more you bloom. The charge is also pretty op. She's basically a Hydro Nefer in terms of her on field method of attack.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong with bina-lauma-nahida-nilou - even with bina charged with blooms they can get maybe 1/2 of shield TOPS, ignoring the chickens
Is there some secret rotation or is is a cost question?

The dog is easy you just ignore the chickens and only attack the dog with lunar super easy. The chickens are a distraction
