It's not a rumor, so yes. IIRC, the structure is "Avatar\_[size]\_[weapon]" So Qiqi would be "Avatar\_Loli\_Sword"

The wiki doesn't use the terminology in the file names. So it's not a primary source. Meanwhile, [Sigewinne's leaked reference sheet](https://i.redd.it/ls6izonozw8b1.png) (Which predates her reveal by at least 5 months) shows the file name for Nahida.

Yeah the body types in the game files are referred to as: loli (klee, sayu, nahida, aino etc.), girl (amber, ayaka, varesa, skirk etc.), boy (aether, venti, durin, kinich etc.), lady (lisa, raiden, navia, lauma etc.) and male (diluc, zhongli, alhaitham, flins and even characters like varka and rerir)

"Lolita" is also the name of a type of fashion culture based around clothing like a Victorian doll would wear (the better-known "Gothic Lolita" being a subset of that culture). If I remember correctly, that bank of questions WAS referring to clothing types, like maid, swimsuit, etc, so it probably meant the clothing - NOT fetishizing young girls.
