Can confirm. The white loading screen never bothers me and I haven't seen any same complaint on Chinese social platforms too. Meanwhile my eyes hurt when watching dark mode websites while many English websites have it as default set. I never use dark mode on code sofewares while most of them have dark mode as default set. I believe he meant that due to every little QOL or Skins in the game has to be tied to lore (Traveler's skin is from his spaceship, Mondstadt characters buffs are tied to the Hexenzirkel Homework) instead of being airdropped into the game for no other reason other than making the game better, giving us Dark Mode would similarly require an in-game lore explanation that Hoyo isn't ready to reveal yet.

I have a shortcut set that allows me to use "negative colour" mode that inverts (black to white and vice versa) all colours displayed on the screen. I use it often when I am not feeling like to get flashbaged.

I play on Android and most android have this feature by default. I don't know about ios but upon some Google searches and found: there should be something called colour filters in location: accessibility> display accomodation> colour filters> invert colours
After turning on invert you can put this whole accessibility setting into a shortcut and turn them on or off each time Genshin flash bangs you.

You can find everything I mentioned on the good old gamebanana. It's not the only website with mods for Hoyo games, but it's more than sufficient for a beginner. Just browse through the categories, see what's to your liking.
And in order to install them you'll need XXMI mod loader, can be found there as well. A lot of simple guides on youtube as well, just look it up.

As far as discord goes I find discord.gg/thesafezone much more useful. But no harm in having both.
It's hit or miss. Some don't get disconnected at all, and if you do, just swap the dll like you've said. Although personally I stopped getting them after updating Windows 11 to the last build. No idea how that is connected, but disconnects are gone.

What's a little funny is that HSR has dark mode for its transitions. For awhile after getting into it, I would be very tired and could only play for a couple of hours at a time. I realized sometime later that after playing Genshin and getting flashbanged all the time, the darkness in HSR was probably inducing fatigue by comparison. This slowly stopped after I got used it though.
