People acting as if the lips are weird
They’re well drawn to me
TheIJDGuy2026-01-23 17:57
They are, but it just doesn't fit Columbina
ApocaSCP_0012026-01-23 18:19
If people are gonna draw Columbina as a scary “biblically accurate angel” (lmao it’s not) then slightly exaggerated lips aren’t a problem.
I’m not surprised that it’s REDDIT complaining

This sub is so childish when it comes to different art styles lol, nice work OP
loulou98992026-01-23 06:25
I genuinely loved this art more than others. It seems...original and more real compared to the usual anime-style art we get around here

Redditors when men are drawn like steroid monsters: I sleep
Redditors when female characters are given bigger boobs: reee how dare you, you're not allowed to alter the original look of characters
And then they proceed to hate on AI for killing the trade.

Why does she look like one of those 50 IQ instagram hoes?
Nasty.
Zeta_Horologii2026-01-23 08:10
Everything looks wonderful, but IMHO, bimbo-lips was a bad idea. I have no idea who is finding this attractive, but this looks way too unnatural, out of place, and it is just \[antonym for word "attractive"\]. Colombina is very calm, shy, and /soft/ character (at least, this is my expression on her behavior), but lips like this are usually associated with "low-lever of self-proud" woman. Maybe it is just a cultural differences, but still\~.
Anyway, everything else on art looks great, the lines, colors, clothes, lighting and shadows, all together looks wonderful!

What makes them “bimbo lips”?
