Itto would likely out damage Chiori a bit once I finish building him, but the DPS difference shouldn't even be close since Itto is a main DPS and Chiori is a sub DPS, much less that Itto dealing LESS damage than Chiori.

My best Itto team is around 70-80k. C0R2 Itto/C2 Durin/C2 Albedo/C2R1 Xilonen. Takes a lot to get his numbers up that is for sure

Your Durin or Albedo must not be built very well. That core of those three at those cons alone regardless of any 4th character should be hitting nearly 80-100k without a 4th slot depending on artifacts and weapons.

That's definitely a build/rotation issue. I got about [65k](https://imgur.com/a/RCoxJSP) with my C0 Whiteblinde Itto with a worse team, because i don't have Xilonen. That's with really good artifacts on Itto to be fair. Don't get me wrong, even properly build he won't perform great, but he should not do less damage, than off-field Chiori in the same team.

My c0 Oathsworn Xianyun / c6 fav Faruzan, c1 fav Furina, c0 Homa Xiao ? barely 72k DPS.
Though, I do sweat a bit with xiao.
