First time clearing IT Lunar Arcana mode. This feels so goood as a f2p 🤧. (Im all out of mora and exp books btw)
I thought i fked up after only saving/having arlechino for the hp draining lunar level, good thing she had enough er ✌️

First time attempting lunar arcana mode + all stars. Cuz the elements perfectly lined up with my dpses, still had to level up many characters.

Cuz this mode requires too many characters of the given elements to be lvl 70+ to even attempt. So i had to go and build multiple characters and eventually run out of books and mora

Even as somebody who buys every BP, I am a bit low, though I pretty much never touch laylines (only when the event for double rewards is going). I have around 16M mora, 117 purple books, and 2070 blue books. So ~634 purple books total, which is just about 1.5 characters to 90. (A character is 414 purple books)

Prioritize getting characters on the early acts.
Also preplan your bosses/acts. Like for example this IT, i planned to use arlecchino on the maguu. The borrowed neuv for the crab and the duck. First boss is whatever i have. Mavuika for arcanum 2. Barbara for arcanum 1. Usually i use my hutao on the hydro mimics but if I'm unlucky to get her, i use arlecchino. Usually i end up with either of them anyway.

Understandable, there have been some times when I just restart after the first 3 levels because I got bad character options or bad events. One thing you can do to set yourself up for a near guaranteed clear is:
* 1) Refresh the options until you get the event that gives you bonus points for each combat. This adds up to a LOT of extra money if you get it early and ensures you'll cap out your bonuses/reactions by the end.
* 2) Plan out your teams for the 2 bonus and last 2 boss fights and make sure to not use those characters early (or have planned backups)
* 3) Don't level reactions until you have enough characters for all the fights, MAYBE once or twice on a key reaction if you know you're going to be using a shitty team on it and aren't sure if you can clear otherwise. You need more characters so that you can save your good ones, and use the weaker ones on the easier fights
* 4) Once you have all the characters you need, max out the reactions. Not only do the reactions get better, but more importantly you also get stat buffs from each of them
How easy it is to clear depends greatly on your roster, and what elements are available. Pyro/Electro/Hydro is going to be an order of magnitude easier than Geo/Dendro/Cryo would be.

I also just finished and attempted that last month. this month's IT I had to wait for Bina to try it out, bu I built other characters while waiting for her, so when she arrived, IT was not as hard as last month

Totally understand it. The only reason why I couldn't clear previous periods of Lunar Arcane, was because I didn't had enough character build to access it. You either have to choose to farm leylines or artifacts for your main teams. But I finally had enough characters to clear Lunar mode, even without Ineffa and Columbina.
