Lost 6 50/50s in a row excluding CR

(Seriously) Can I mail hoyo asking for some free pulls?
Used 242 pity on this banner lost 2 50/50s and I don't even have much left to explore. Almost all sources of primos have been exhausted , even though I have mp and bp. I really needed ineffa and have been shafted very badly this patch. Lost 6 50/50s in a row, is that even possible?

And that's the source Mihoyo wants you to rely on.

That's literally me since I started playing...sometime I see posts with double 5 stars or early pity etc. and wonder how many of us actually get those chances hahah

Started losing since Skirk's banner only saved by 2 CRs. Got Columbina on CR and lost on Ineffa banner (again) to Dehya. If I lose one more, i'll be on my 3rd consecutive CR. My account could have been sooo much better with just a few wins out of those. All losses on full pity as well. It's just frustrating really.

Losing all of those 50/50s is annoying but I do have to ask, of those now 12 5-stars you've gotten, how many of them came early? Losing a 50/50 is obviously frustrating but you need to look at the overall, long-term trend. Over the long-term it should take you on average between 90-100 wishes to get the 5-star you are looking for when factoring in 50/50 wins and losses, early wins or losses and Capturing Radiance. So if you spent roughly 600 wishes to get those 6 5-stars that you wanted, then you are definitely in the expected range. If you have spent significantly more than 600, then yeah, that's bad luck.
