I saw a post on tik tok a while ago saying theres some beast under inazuma (i think under tatarsuna specifically?) Can anyone tell me if thats true? and if it is where can i read more abt it
I believe you mean what is under Kannazuka, more specifically what or who exactly is being protected / supressed by the thunder sakura.
We still don't have a answer to this.

It's from the [Sakura Arborism Quest](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Sakura_Arborism)
"Miyuki: I fear it may not be as straightforward as you presume. The Thunder Sakura being weakened makes the situation very dangerous indeed. After all, these trees serve to suppress the one who lies beneath..."
"Miyuki: Ah, I've said too much... P—Please forget you heard me say that. In short, please exercise extreme caution."
Unfortunately, I believe this is all we know about it.

There used to be a theory that the electro sovereign is imprisoned beneath Inazuama, but all I recall in game was a shrine maiden mentioning something underground being a problem but then telling you to forget she ever said anything.
