Is it an issue that Citlali is the one doing melts? Not Mavuika

I tested this on MW dummy, my usual rotation no extra tweaks in the stage. Bennett skill > Xilonen skill > Bennett burst (and skill sometimes) > Citlali skill (2x with sac) and burst > Mavuika Burst.

And I just do donuts. 0 combos.

Is this wrong? My rotations and the fact that Citlali is the one doing most of the melts?

C2R1 Mavuika, C1 Citlali. Is my overall DPS lower than expected or is it at the expected level? Only donuts.

I think your damage would almost double if you did melts properly.

Try to wait a second before doing bagels. You should get at least 2 melts off with bagels.

I tried that after the suggestions, actually my dps decreased. Maybe because it’s new, but I didn’t see any difference in dmg numbers per hit either.

Yes. It means that there isn't even cryo aura for Mavuika to melt. Mavuika only had 15 melts in almost 3 minutes, she should have that after 3 rotations. Slow down your combos or learn the advanced combos to melt more.

It's all about timing. That's why Mavuika is hard to reach high dps numbers with. A single miss-step and your entire rotation is fucked because she will melt nothing.

Yes, this is a huge issue, and as others said, your damage could double if you use this rotation correctly.

Try adding in a Normal Attack on Citlali before starting with Mavuika to ensure you're getting that big burst hit melted. Afterwards, wait until the Cryo aura is on the enemy (snowflake symbol over their head) to start your spins. You want Citlali to have very very few melts during the rotation.

Yes its an issue! Add an N1 after burst. I dont have sac but I do citlali skill, burst, N1 -> mavuika burst. Theres other ways to fix the timing but it depends on your ping/setup. You can also try a dash or jump on citlali before mavuika burst. If you go back and watch some mavuika videos from near her release a few TCs and guidemakers talk about all the combos you can do to make sure you melt properly. Goor luck!

Yes, do Citlali EQ then 1 or 2 very quick normal attacks before switching to Mavuika. After Mavuika burst wait just a tiny bit before donuts to allow Cryo to apply. It is ping dependent, since your ping is yellow then you need to be a bit slower.

gng I feel like you don't know what melt does. It doubles the dmg of whoever triggers it. Citlali does no dmg and Mavuika does 95% of ur teams dmg. Logically, you'd want Mavuika getting her dmg doubled. So yes, it IS a problem. Look up tutorials and showcases maybe. Zajef77 on YT is a guy who knows what he is doing you can look at his

After 4 ca’s the next one applies pyro so you need to wait for cryo to be applied again before you keep spinning

Yeh, you need to avoid giving the enemy a pyro aura.

On high ping (like you have), do a Citlali N1 after her burst, then Mav burst. It'll line up the ICD timings better so your follow up CAs & Finishers on Mav melt.

Just for reference Citlali should only have 2 melts per rotation.
