Unlucky-Party36502026-01-23 00:36

La-Roca992026-01-23 00:41

I sincerely don't even remember the scaling of his original kit. It's just a shame that the Vortex Vanquisher never caught the same buffs as he did.
My Zhongli is still using his Vortex Vanquisher because drip is king, but I'm well aware that even a Black Tassel is a superior choice.
UpperSupermarket59332026-01-23 00:43
Not your ineffa, mine however!
OriginCycle2026-01-23 00:49
No, it's the worst weapon for her. Put the Vortex Vanquisher on her instead, it'll give her a lot of attack, which she needs since her lunar charged only scales off ATK %. It also synergizes well, since it needs a shield, which Ineffa provides.
...Yeah no, it's her BiS.
No_Mountain_19022026-01-23 01:32
Thank you
Costyn172026-01-23 00:50
I hope this is a joke with the wrong flair.
But if it isn't a joke, it's her weapon, it was designed for her to use it.
No_Mountain_19022026-01-23 01:26
Thank you for you tell me
No_Mountain_19022026-01-23 01:32
I was upset because I’m not getting Columbina's signature weapon, thank you for letting me know.
leakmydata2026-01-23 00:55
No, Ineffa only uses vacuum cleaners
Dry-Intern5192026-01-23 01:18
The weapon is her signature so yes it’s suitable for her.
No_Mountain_19022026-01-23 07:12
Thank you
Shahadem2026-01-23 03:54
No.
Ineffa wants Skirk's signature.
DrkSpde2026-01-23 16:47
Best for Ineffa. She'll get the most use out of it over anyone, but also not a bad option for most DPS polearm users.

I was sure this was going to be a joke post, but it seems that you were serious.
The weapon banner will feature both the signature weapons of the two Limited Characters that are running at the same time. Since Columbina and Ineffa are currently running, the weapon banner features Columbina's and Ineffa's signature weapon.
As is usually the case, Ineffa's signature weapon is the best weapon for her.
Just to make sure you understand how the weapon banner works, you did select Columbina's weapon from the selector before you started wishing, right? The weapon you didn't select was this one, Ineffa's. Whenever you win a 5-star weapon, it has a 25% chance of being a Standard Weapon. If not, then you get one of the two Limited weapons at random. If you don't get the weapon you selected, then you get a Fate Point. The next time you get a 5-star weapon, if you have a Fate Point it will be consumed and you will be guaranteed the weapon you selected.
Because the odds are so low of getting the weapon that you want (75% chance of getting a Limited Weapon, but only half that of it being the weapon that you want), you should never ever roll on the Weapon banner unless you have enough wishes to get two weapons. You are quite unlikely to get the right one on the first try.
