(photo is for to draw attention) I want to use crimson witch on Gaming and curious about which team would be the best. As you guys know 4pc cw gives %40 bonus dmg to some reactions like burn, overload and that sht but it only gives %15 bonus dmg to melt and vaporize reactions. I heard that melt is the strongest reaction for pyro so is it still stronger than overload even if it's bonus dmg is lower? (Sorry for bad english.)

-when you melt/vape, it increases damage. So when a gaming plunge hits, its damage is multiplied.
-when you overload/burn, it does damage separately. Gaming's skill hits the enemy, doing one instance of damage. Then, overload/one burn tick hits the enemy, doing another instance of damage separately.
For gaming, his plunges can much harder than the overload/burn's instance of damage, so it makes more sense to play him in melt teams and multiply that instance of damage instead of the already weaker overload/burn's damage.
Also, while 15% looks much less than 40%, you can't compare these two directly because they have different formulas. On a 0 EM build, the melt bonus works out to be ~80 EM and the overload bonus works out to be ~55 EM, so the melt bonus works out to actually be worth more substats.
