If you do your commissions and spend your resin 5 days a week for 8 weeks, you get to pick a constellation for an older limited or standard character that you own for free. Its called "To Temper Thyself and Journey Far" in the events page.

If you're kinda new, you might be slightly disappointed then, because you can only pick from characters you already own - and most of them are older characters who hadn't had a recent rerun, and all standard characters. You also need to put in a continuous 8-weeks effort (5 days a week for 8 weeks), so current cycle is already almost done (but you still can participate to get first 4 rewards), and you can mentally prepare for the next run
