What would be better to get?

So I returned to the game after many months and managed to get Columbina. Now I don't know what next step I should take.

I can try my luck for Ineffa since I heard she is a deadly duo with Columbina. I also have Nefer and seemingly she could work with them too. But I don't have Lauma which is a big issue.

On the other hand many people hype up Zibai and say Columbina would be amazing with her too. I have Xilonen, which I heard work amazing with Columbina + Zibai.

So what do you think? Should I farm for Ineffa till she is on the banner or wait for Zibai and her new meta?

Ineffa holds the best value overall as she’s not as character locked as the others.

If you can pull Ineffa, that’d be ideal. Zibai would also be a great pull for you. I’d go for Ineffa and if you don’t pull her, follow it up by going for Zibai. Good luck!

Pick the one that interests you more. We're at the peak of the Lunar meta, don't wait hoping for more to come. Zibai and Ineffa are both great picks, but Ineffa is stronger in terms of enabling different teams.

Pros for Ineffa: there are a lot of bosses who favor Lunar-Charged, electro is a better element than geo for IT

Cons for Ineffa: Unless you're also willing to pull flins, the Zibai team will generally be stronger*

Cons for Zibai: She really wants either a C6 Gorou or a Zhongli, and really appreciates cons on Illuga (the 4* on her banner) / doesn't really have any content tailored to her yet

Pros for Zibai: Stronger (assuming you actually get cons on 4*)

In general, both Zibai and Ineffa would be good for you. I'd only advise you not to pull on Zibai if you're already at guarantee and/or at high pity, since that means you're less likely to pull Illuga and Gorou copies.

Your other option of course is waiting and pulling for Lauma to complete a Nefer team

Yeah low cons on Gorou is rough for Zibai, specially because without C4 you have no sustain at all, and she is basically forced to facetank all damage due to how her N4 works. Depending on how (un)lucky you are you might not get it, and having neither >C4 Gorou or Zhongli leaves you with very limited options.

In theory your strongest possible team considering you already have Nefer+Bina would be getting Lauma and running a lunar-bloom team, which is also a "cheap" option since it only requires one more 5*. But as I said, most SO content has favored Lunar-Charged and Electro is a pretty common IT element, and if you're willing to go the whole way the full Flins team performs just as well or better than the full Nefer team
