Does anyone know how to re-open the escape hatch?

I was messing around with the flower behind the terminal in this image and died to fall damage before I could enter the escape hatch to leave the bunker. It respawned me above ground, and upon returning, won't let me open the hatch again. I did not get the quest completion primos or the achievement for escaping :(

Usually you can fix state based issues like this by logging out and logging back in

If that doesn't work, try customer support

If logging in and out doesn’t fit it, try again after daily reset. If it’s still bugged, have to report bug fix.

You'll need to contact support for this I think.

That's because the hatch doesn't really lead anywhere, it just TPs you to the entance too.

So when you died and respawned, the game probably flagged that you were back at the surface, and disabled the hatch. But since you didn't interact with the hatch, you didn't trigger the achievement.
