who should i pick lol
hu tao, ganyu, tighnari have their sigs (i use lyney's sig for ganyu freeze, tighnari's for ganyu melt)

Mona c2 seems to be the best choice.

But you know how it is: regardless of how good thing is - it is useless, if you don't use it :D

Ez C4 Qiqi, no one else can debuff enemy ATK.

In all seriousness, if you're not considering Mona, I'd say go with Tighnari and aim for his C6.

Hu Tao and Ganyu have bad C2s. Though you could get them to cope for a buff.

I'm getting Albedo's C1 now (because it's actually somewhat relevant) and I'm planning to get Xiao's C1 next (which is a bad constellation, but I hope they'll buff him to make it suck a bit less).

I’d go with Ganyu, I wouldn’t be surprised if she got buffed sooner than later.

I suggest you pick whoever from that list you use most often (or at all). For me, that left Tighnari and Mona; I picked Tighnari and I'll pick just Mona next time. :)
