Technically, Gorou is not a yokai, most people with animal ears and tail (Gorou, Sucrose, Diona, Lynette, Kachina, Xilonen, Varesa, etc) are considered regular humans in Tevyat, which is specifically different than a yokai (Kirara, Yae). Draft, the hunter, doesn't transform under the full moon, unless you're considering his drunk ass a whole different form. But okay, it's true that they don't *look* like regular humans.
Meanwhile you have humans born with absurd strength (Noelle, Shenhe, Clorinde) and people who can smell elements (Kazuha). These are abilities that they had long before they recieved their visions. Do they even count as regular humans?

I think Kazuhaās ability is just being high tbh. Although all jokes asides, itās probably just a little quirk of his, since humans can have odd abilities in Teyvat and even irl.
