OC Quicken Buffer/Sub-DPS Kit Concept - Viper
Was bored while at work today and was reminded of my first hopes for Nefer upon seeing her design, so I decided to flesh it out into a full kit. I'm not sure at what point the sleep deprivation kicked in and I decided to go full 'V for Vendetta' with the names of everything...
Let me know if you have any feedback, and don't pay too much attention to the actual multipliers.

Viper is intended to be a dedicated support for the Quicken reaction/archetype, using her Malaise (A1 Passive) to deal a small amount of Damage-over-Time to enemies, but more importantly enhancing the damage of Aggravate and Spread reactions as well. She also shreds Dendro and Electro resist based on the number of party members of each element, but is not restricted to ONLY Dendro/Electro teams. The amount is different to account for Deepwood being usable while VV isn't, and in fact Viper is a good Deepwood holder herself. She dual-scales with ATK and EM, but if she was a 5\* unit, she could just be a direct EM scaler with bigger Talent MVs. (Which I didn't put much effort into picking)
Her typical rotation is to use Skill to apply Electro and mark an enemy, Skill again to trigger Quicken and add 3 stacks of Malaise to them, then Burst to provide team support and swap off. From there, the team will try to balance Malaise stacks to get the maximum Aggravate/Spread procs, with Spread better in AOE situations and Aggravate better in single-target. On subsequent rotations, if the team has more Dendro app than Electro, she will instead deal more damage using her 2nd Skill. I hope to also allow room for fun DPS builds with Sac Sword and/or Thundering Fury to get extra Skill uses and get big hits by consuming lots of stacks.
For her constellations, C1 gives a minor EM buff, C2 helps in AOE with stack management, C3 is Burst healing and DMG reduction, C4 gives energy refund, C5 is Skill damage and C6 essentially adds two 2nd skills per rotation, increasing the damage of Spread teams and helping to maintain Malaise stacks in Aggravate teams.
