Shutterflash Memory Hunt: Where's Skirk?

So, I'm here in Fontaine, and there's no Skirk. Checked a few sites, and I'm on the correct level of the correct building (minimap).

Any idea which quest blocks her? Nothing in the event UI

Her story quest maybe?

Maybe check if you have any Skirk hangouts on your map currently or if you've already started and are in the middle of her SQ. Skirk doesn't appear in many quests so there isn't much that should block her being there.

If that doesn't work trying logging in and out as that sometimes can fix bugged quests.

There shouldn't be any "checking the correct level". The event interface can teleport you directly to her.

She doesn't really appear in any quests other than her personal Story Quest, just an anecdote in Nod-Krai, so she shouldn't be blocked in any way.

Check the map, click on the camera icon where skirk should be. It should tell you what quest is blocking skirk from appearing. Same thing happened to my alt where Noelle didn't appear cause I haven't finished "unbegun, unending story" quest yet.

Open the map and click on the event icon. If there's something blocking her, it should tell you - you can click on the ? icon for more info.

this happened to me while I was doing Lynette hangout, when I removed the hangout quest, Skirk showed up

Thanks all, I figured it out: The location was being blocked by *Lynette's* hangout, "Detectives"
