So here's my planning
In black there's characters I don't own
In green, characters I already choose (technically I didn't choose kokomi yet but I will do it this evening I think)
In Blue, the numbers of cons BEFORE I choose them (shenhe was C0 but after the selector she was C1)
In red, my priority order (1 being next one)

I did this planning according to the fact they will not add new characters for the moment, even if I know they will.

-I choose Ayaka before Hutao even if she is technically the best choice, because I don't play her anymore while I play Ayaka sometimes
-I put Mona then because I have ger C4 and honestly, if I have to loose my 50/50, I prefer having back 5 wishes than any of the others cons, so I tried to have her C6 as soon as I can (and I could also get another character lvl95)
-At the same level I add Itto and Ayato because I don't play them and I have better option for both (navia and neuvi) so idk which one to choose first
-then Tignhari because I think he is the most valuable characters in term of meta
-Jean because I love her so I put her here
And then I did this according to a mix of meta characters and which one I love the least

I'm honestly not searching for a guide but feel free to advice me if you want and tell me what do you think of this!
