I am kinda lost in building a team

I’ve just returned to the game and I am trying to get together a team. But i honestly have no clue where to start or who I should get. The only notable thing i could to the photo is that Xiangling is C6. Next to straight up teambuilding tips, any resources on building would be appreciated as well

Ineffa, Diluc, XInagling and Bennett is a good starting team. don't worry about endgame or whatever just progress to the story at your pace. see if you are interested in getting anyone in the upcoming banners.

Drop everything and level that Bennett. A C6 Xiangling without her Bennett is like a sports car without an engine. You've literally got the best duo in the game sitting at level 1!

This isn't 2021, their Ineffa when paired with Xingqiu (or any hydro really) will double the dps output of that pair

Sucrose or Venti Mona Fischl can be slotted into your team any way you want after you get your Bennett and Ineffa leveled up

Ifa is a good choice too, as well as Ororon.

What are the constellations though?

Sucrose Xingqiu Ororon Ineffa is actually your best team, both now and for the future. Build your Ineffa first. There is no reason to commit to your Xiangling at this point nor do you need to level your Bennett right away.
