The question is kind of goofy though. Supports matter. The video has everyone C6R5, that's fewer than 0.1% of the playerbase. There's a huge difference a 10-cost C6 team and a 48-cost. Most players don't have one C6, much less a team of full C6R5.

I think it was clear from the start that support would also be C6. In any case, there are many whales from China who have all their characters at C6.

In terms of Raw DPS output over several rotations :
Nefer , Mav , Mualani , Flins , Chasca
In terms of Speedrun clears it varies depending on the HP breakpoints
but in current standard of HP as luna 4
Mav , Nefer , Mualani , Chasca , Flins ( I could be wrong about the last 3 )
but it really depends on the content as well but in general you should go with Raw DPS above
