if you have Hu Toa, you can increase it with an additonal 12%. there is also Crit Rate food (if you aren't using that already)

Sac Jade - 36.8% (highest CR on a catalyst)
MH set - 36% (Blizzard gives 40% but it doesn’t appear on the stats)
Rosaria Q and Hu Tao A1: 15+12=27%
Crit Rate circlet - 31.1%
Food - 20% (Diluc or Qiqi signature dish)
All of this combined should give you around 55% (+95%) CR, the rest can be stacked on the other 4 artifact pieces - 23.4% is the max possible on 1 individual piece
