Which constellation suits me best?

I don't know which constellation will be more beneficial to me, Hu Tao's C1 or Tartaglia's C1.

Hu Tao -C1 (Crimson Bouquet): While in a Paramita Papilio state activated by Guide to Afterlife, Hu Tao's Charge Attacks do not consume Stamina.

Tartaglia -C1 (Foul Legacy: Tide Withholder): Decreases the CD of Foul Legacy: Raging Tide by 20%.

I've thought the same thing, but there are rumors that they might improve the characters in Liyue. And of those, Tartaglia will be one of the most benefited, so I don't know.

There are still more slots for this event, 2 to be precise, so wait until you have those rumours confirmed and go for the character that is good now.

By the time Childe gets a buff, you could have been using Hu Tao for like, at least 6 months. They've gotta buff the knights of favonius first.

I wouldn't trust Hoyo to buff a Male character that's not Zhongli well. Because the CN community does not care for the boys. And Childe is technically from Snezhnaya so they might pull a "rebirth of the 11th Harbinger" alongside Sandrone or 6.8 pre-Snezhnaya release to fit their agenda more. That's a long long way and no guarantee it'd be good.

Hu Tao's C1 is a better investment since it allows you to spam her CA without losing Stamina.

I think most people recommend Hu Tao's C1 build.

Hopefully, they'll reduce Childe's ability cooldown so it takes less time to charge in future character upgrades.

Because 20% seems like a very small reduction in cooldown time.

You're right, I had overlooked that. Prophecy of Oblivion, increases the CRIT Rate of all party members by 15% when they attack enemies affected by her Elemental Burst's Omen debuff.

yes Hu Tao is manageable without C1, but Mona's C4 is pretty big, and it can pair with Hu Tao in combat, allowing you to stack more cdmg or HP

ofc if you can't fit a Mona anywhere in your teams, don't get it, eventually you'll get her off banners

THEN agian, the closer a character is to C6, the more likely you'll get the max ascension drop

Mona has been blessing me so maybe I'm biased, just got my C11, so that's.. you do the math.
