non issue, the dmg increase buff is permanently on, and she'll get the crit stacks when she switches on field occasionally (or you can intentionally switch her on). The stacks lasts 10 seconds, long enough.
Not to mention it's crit rate stat stick, for OP it's the best option if Furina is using garbage.
