I tried this. It's tough. I use Iron Sting and Flower of Paradise Lost and you stack EM.

tbh base bloom (only hydro+dendro) on its own is not a very good reaction as it doesn't do much damage unless you have nilou and one of nahida c2 or lauma (with no other nod-krai character). a hyperbloom team with an electro character will do more damage much more easily.
in a hyperbloom team, your electro character will be the one triggering hyperblooms and should be leveled to 90 and built with full EM artifacts and an EM weapon, as those are the only stats that bloom reactions care about. flowers of paradise lost is the best artifact set, but gilded dreams is very close and shares a domain with deepwood memories, which you also want for the dendro res shred. since you want to play ayato ideally on-field, you need an electro character with frequent off-field electro attacks. raiden with dragon's bane is the best for this, with kuki shinobu with iron sting or toukabu shigure (event umbrella sword) being a close 2nd. the rest of your team should be focused on generating as many dendro cores as quickly as possible for your electro character to hit for hyperbloom, so you want a lot of fast elemental application. the ideal dendro character for this is nahida since she applies a Lot of dendro quickly, but your lumine + yaoyao is fine. as for ayato, he is there primarily for hydro application so he should be built for his own personal damage; his weapon is whatever one you have that boosts his crit/atk/normal attack damage, and artifact set is 4pc gladiator, heart of depths, or nymphs dream with atk/hydro dmg/crit main stats, ideally with a good amount of ER in substats so he can burst fairly frequently. make sure one of your other 2 characters is wearing deepwood memories.
if you're set on building a pure bloom team, just know that the damage is going to be just okay in overworld and not good in endgame content unless you pull nilou and lauma/c2 nahida. if you are running 2 hydros and 2 dendros, your hydro characters are usually the ones that will be generating cores, so those are the characters that want to be built with full EM on flowers of paradise lost or gilded dreams, but you are trading their personal damage for (not that good) bloom damage. in your team setup of ayato/lumine/yaoyao/xingqiu, i would keep ayato on a build that maximizes his personal damage (so same as the previous section) and either put xingqiu on the full EM bloom-focused build, or keep his usual damage focused build (emblem of severed fate, atk or er sands/hydro goblet/crit circlet) and just treat the blooms as extra damage. one of lumine or yaoyao (probably yaoyao) should wear deepwood. the other is kind of whatever, 4pc noblesse is fine, 4pc instructors for the EM is pretty good if you have some pieces lying around but it's a 4\* artifact set so you might have trashed all of them already.

This is fire so if I do hyperbloom for the extra damage is ayato, raiden, yaoyao, lumine good?

yep that's a solid hyperbloom team!

I’m hitting 18k no crit with lv zero artifacts this crazy

oh so hyperbloom (and bloom and burgeon) actually can't crit unless you have nahida c2 or lauma haha. but yes hyperbloom is very easy to build and quite fun!
