Okay, that's rude... I actually rerolled bc I was in need of more rate for my building and that was the best artifact in my possession to try rerolling. Thanks for your opinion tho :)

That's because you triggered Decreed Reshape which guarantees 4 rolls and now your Artifact pity is reset, but sure go off.
