Is there an explanation on why there are no puzzle/exploration related Seelie in both Natlan and Nod-Krai?
There are Seelie in both Natlan and Nod-Krai, but they are part of quest/story mechanism
Unlike other region where they are random exploration encounter

Natlan is separated from Irminsul and operates on Night Kingdom, and there ARE seelies in the night kingdom. So they get the Monetoo instead
Nod-Krai got spoiler spoiler spoiler spoiler and so the Kuuhenki roam there rather than Seelies
>!So Kuuvahki actually stems from Columbina as that is her divine power. It is similiar to HSR’s Terminus in that Their power is connected to a Closed Time Loop.!<
>!Prior to her birth, Kuuvahki did not exist which is something backed up by the Moon Sisters. Though the issue is that Columbina’a existence is akin to a closed time loop.!<
>!If you are familiar with Grant Gustin’s Flash, the basis is quite similar to it. When Columbina fell into the Moon Gate, she entered a realm that is disconnected to Time. As she explorer it, she began to ‘travel’ further back which led to her eventually meeting the Moon Sisters. After attaining their authorities, she split her body up into three sections —soul, body, and Trilune authority. Similiar to Flash becoming the Lightning Bolt, Columbina’s body turned into Kuuvahki which was then scattered over NK. She is the origin of it which also why the Kuuhenki are found there—they are created through Columbina’s ‘divine corpus’. It is why she is the only one who can communicate with them and why they are so loyal to her.!<
>!Oh and the reason why she split herself was so she could escape the Moon’s Reflection. By doing so, it created the criteria that lets her return via rebirth.!<
>! Extra information but lore wise, Trilunar!Columbina is one of the strongest beings in all of Teyvat. She stands above all the Archons and the Sovereigns as her power consists of all the Moon Sister’s authorities. We do not have a definite power rating but it is very possible she is as powerful as a Shade. Naberius/Rheindottir is likely an exception though considering that is both Shade and Sinner power.!<
* Her flesh can spontaneously gain sentience (Kuuhenki) and even attack and devour a Fatui Research squad if provoked (Colors out of space quest)
* The entire nation is literally covered in her living, sentient fleesh
* Her flesh can be turned into ammunition (Aino's cannon)
* Her flesh is toxic to some people (the Frostmoon NPC child is allergic)
* Her flesh can revive dead people (Rerir)
* Rerir is made of pieces of Columbina's flesh
* Her flesh infiltrates the cognition or nervous system of animals, which is why she can talk to animals, and also why the animals of Nod-Krai are all compelled to help her, even digging out their survival food to help
* Even after dying, it slowly regenerated over 6000 years to birth a new "clone" of Columbina, closing the time-loop

Even the Flood from Halo or Necromorphs from Dead Space aren't this terrifying.

She's a Euclid class for sure as a baseline. Containment procedure is simple, just let her lalala and give bread, thats actually the type they let roam freely at Site 17.
However, based on her preference to being at home in Nod Krai, in SCP world that would be another dimension, she cant be even classified as Keter. Funnily enough, she suits Archon classification (can be theoretically contained, but best left uncontained), that is if O5 comitee decides to not keep her on facility and let her return to her world. If they decide they absolutely need to contain her, depending on how first try of containment goes, she is assigned different classifications. Ticonderoga class if The Foundation cant figure out how to contain her and Keter if they figure it out. Although, i can see Ethics Comitee reclasifying her as Ticonderoga class later if she becomes Keter. Appolyon seems suiting if they cant even capture her on the first encounter, but that seems forced, bc Bina cant exactly end the world, or at least doesnt want to
Also, entire Teyvat will be classified as another SCP object as Euclid or Keter class, depending on how their first expedition into it goes. Im guessing special ops group will technically all be descenders. I also think they wont be able to return and will be considered lost in SCP world. If the exit from teyvat will be accessible to SCP foundation, they might make contact and do many expeditions into Teyvat, and take a fuckton of magical objects back to classify as either separate objects or SCP-XXXX-a b c d etc objects. Well, i kinda want to make a post about it now heh
Shades don't have authority, they didn't take it from anywhere. Their authorities stem from different sources and can and do coexist.
About Bina being able to take all 4 shades probably unlikely, but any three at a time should be fair game.
And no, she wouldn't need to take back the marrows, because she doesn't need them. Their power is remnant of their moons, while she has the actual power of that moon from the Moon's Reflection.
Sure, she would need to temporarily strip the entirety of Nod-Krai of kuuvahki, but considering the authority of the Trilune is capable of stopping time for the world, nothing major would really break as she'd return the power 0.01 seconds after she took it.
Its a way to quickly infer some fact about a character without typing out a lot.

Etc. In fandom space, you dont need more context than that really when talking about AU stories.
Though with the new region, we did actually find Seelie. >!Heck, we even got lore on Koitar as that mural is dedicated to her!<
>!1. so why rerir and tholindis cant move freely at that space or why columbina can? while 3 moon sisters trapped there. !<
>!2. iirc are 3 moon sisters escaped that prison by becoming mortals? if so why sonnet meets end where she torn apart by abyss??? !<
>!3.which part of columbina trapped in the prison? iirc it trap anyone that have lunar authority or godly power (which is why 2 happened) so that makes columbina lunar authority trapped there eternally which doesnt makes sense since she appeared again at dottore fight!<
>! 2. Prison detects authority , if you no authority you can go, you can also go if you dead!<
>! 3. Soul was trapped , body left as it has no soul , ie. dead , I think if you dead you can leave even tho you have authority, so bina sent the authority to the frost moon while it was in her dead body , and then dead body into kuuvahki!<
>!2. They gave away their authority and were fated to die the moment they did so. Still, we don't actually know what happened to them once they were sent back. It's safe to assume that even an authority-less Moon Sister is still quite powerful, so it's likely that the Moon Marrows were the remains of each one of them after their fated death.!<
>!3. Columbina was able to escape because she left a miniscule part of her soul in the future, which connected itself to her in the past. She gave up both her Body and Divinity in the prison, pratically dying, and was only able to reconstruct herself because of the efforts of the whole Nod-Krai team.!<
>!2. Yes, since the prison dont see them as the target anymore once they lose their authority, then Columbina sent them out using her Trilunar authority. Aria and Cannon did say that they will accompany Sonnet to the very end, but i believe both of them still died before Sonnet. Means, she is all alone, and scared again. It then makes her accept/corrupted by the Abyss. !<
>!3. Her main soul. She hid her Trilunar authority in the moon, which is why the league pulled it back into Tevyat, it serves as getting back the hidden authority as close enough with the other parts of her, and strengthening Luonnotar's (her small soul, anchor to the current timeline, she created Luonnotar using only Frostmoon authority) connection to the moon as well.
How did it get to the moon? I guess this can happen in 2 ways, the moon reflection (prison) is on the moon. Or since her authority is now stronger than a normal moon goddess, she might be able eject/send the authority when she 'died' (turning her body into moonlight then spread them all over Nod Krai). !<
This is not your question, but i guess i just want it out here rather than post another reply.
I dont think Columbina is in a closed loop tho.
When she was first born and upto her bizarre adventure, she had the frostmoon authority. To achieve this, Cannon needs to die first, then the marrow reborn as Columbina. Otherwise how else did she get the authority?
>“After the original civilizations crumbled like shattered jade — and those envoys from the skies above, under whose guidance the earthly civilizations had thrived, were devoured by the awakened dragons — humanity plunged into savagery, losing the ability to perceive the world anew.” (from Blazing Sacrificial Heart's Hesitance)
Lore-wise, it's because in Natlan most of the seelies were devoured by the dragons, and the surviving ones mutated into monetoos due to the lack of leylines AND the presence of phlogiston. In Nod-Krai, it's part of the biggest spoiler for Luna 4.
The Monetoo are not Seelies, they are spirits born from ancient graffiti that were created by Phlogiston Engraving
And, for the Nod krai, >!there are 6 seelies in Amsvartnir and they have their Seelie posts, which ofc, when you do the quest, it gives you 3 chests!< .There are kuuhenki though, which feels more alive but technically they are not Seelies. I think it's just not used in the rest of the map because giving treasures via regular Seelies is pretty much outdated.
Monetoos are mechanically identical but they're born from ancient graffiti in-lore.
Gameplaywise, using Seelies for Natlan and Nodkrai exploration mechanics don't make sense because it'd be inconsistent with other regions, and thus would be confusing.
Lorewise,
in Natlan the Seelies (Angels) were eaten by dragons, making them not there except in the Night Kingdom.
In Nodkrai, we do get some Seelies (I think), but they're mostly not there for gameplay reasons, as we've yet to encounter lore saying where there are fewer Seelies in Nodkrai.
Also, just because this is a thing doesn't preclude the presence of the Seelies. And from what I recall, there's nothing saying that NodKrai has no leylines either, so it's better to assume that NodKrai does have leylines.
In game design, developers just re skined them as maniti, and kuuhenki
The probable reason was that players complained about it or something.
Nod-Krai does have something similar though, with the Kuuvahki seelie looking thing and the glowing triangles, but you don’t really notice them since they usually unlock after a battle, & they fuck off to the place where the treasure spawns, meaning, in theory, you could unlock the treasure & never notice
However, I can see naturally, why someone might think a region has no seelies, when we were used to find in all other regions always like 20+ or so of them to guide us to chests, and then you have there suddenly NK, where you have literally none of them on the first 3 islands of NK's introductino and just like 6 now on the latest new region first all on one spot.. however, the new region is very small. so small to the point that MHY literally made for the first time, that nearly all quests and situations reward you with like minimum 3-5 chests, instead of the usual just single chest reward, because they put much lesser seelies, trials, guarded chests and riddles in the map, while maintaining the same amount of chests we get as usual, leadign to the point that the game felt, like beign suddenly more rewarding, when in fact it wasn't,. but the presentation made it seem so, because MHY reallocated all the chesst that we usually woudl have received from seelies, trials, guarded chests and puzzles to just the world quests and the few done guarded chests ect.
Would have been shocking, if MHY would have been for the first time so generous, to make a map, that has instead of its typical like 220 chests around, suddenly like 660 chests xDD man, that would have been a treasure hunters wet dream lol
natlan leyline is night kingdom
Monetoos are Phlogiston stuff and Ashas are a fusion of dead people with Phlogiston, if I'm not mistaken.
