Pulcinella and Pantalone- Can they fight? Will they bring back Delusions?
As of Luna 4, there are only three Harbingers that we haven't encountered in-game (four if you count the 10th member that hasn't been mentioned or named): Pantalone, Pulcinella and Pierro (funny enough all their names start with P). It got me thinking about what feats and abilities these three could do given what we've seen from every other Harbinger so far. Pierro was a royal mage of Khaenri'ah and he's the first Fatui so he's probably ultra strong, I don't think many would debate that.
The other two, i've seen a lot of debate about whether or not they'll have any special abilities given that they primarily deal with politics and business: they're not going out of Snezh on missions, they're maintaining their nation's power so some say there's no need for them to be powerful in a fight given their jobs. However, I find it hard it to believe that the 5th and 9th Harbingers wouldn't be able to hold their own in a fight against the Vision wielders. They don't necessarily need to be Arlecchino-level powerful, they should at least be able to do some impressive combat feats or have some unique abilities. And on a narrative level, it would be kinda lame at least to me if 2/3 of the last Harbingers would have no unique powers.
As for what abilities they might have, I was thinking that they might be the two Harbingers that rely the most on their Delusions? They haven't been relevant since Inazuma and it would be a great way to bring them back in the story, especially since it was said that every Harbinger has a Delusion that pushes their powerful above most Vision wielders. However, the only Harbingers who have confirmed Delusions are Childe, Signora and Arlecchino (although it barely feels like she has one most of the time) while the other ones have never been confirmed to have one and if they did, they never used it or it wasn't relevant to their character.

Also, the thing about Delusions is that no Harbinger that we've fought has ever JUST relied on them. When Tartaglia fights the Traveler, he uses both his Vision and Delusion, as well as combining them with his Foul Legacy transformation. The Delusion is just one of three factors. In regards to Signora, the Delusion is just her first form. Her second, more powerful form doesn't rely on the Delusion at all. And while Arlecchino uses her Delusion for her second phase, she also combines its power with her Balemoon ability. At no point is a Delusion on its own ever the sole key element of a Harbinger's strength. It's always either one of multiple factors, or not a factor at all.
So in order for Pantalone or Pulcinella to be comparable with the other Harbingers, they need something other than just a Delusion.
On top of that, I thought that one of them (Regrator, I think??) is in part motivated by their rage at having never been given a Vision, so they’d be operating in Delusion alone by necessity
Pantalone : Dottore call him friend and he was the only friend Dottore respect. Want to know why ? Pantalone give him a lot money for Dottore experiment especially the children experiment. Many die in agony and this evil banker also created bank in disguise of loan shark that kill people if they don't pay the high interest loan from his bank.
Pulcelinna : he took hostage of Childe siblings who was still young. Can get retcon maybe that it was misunderstanding and Wanderer voice line about him was biased. But well he was old male guy lol which was suited for evil Azar Snezyanaya version.
Pierro : aura farming like trash in shade trailer. Think he is HIM and act like he was the victim against the heavenly principle . He was high ranking court official, did not stop Khaenriah king madness genociding children and researching abyss. When he join Fatui, he tolerated Dottore and Crucabena evil shit on children so yeah this trash is evil and deserved the Khaenriah curse.
I can see Pantalone working closely with Dottore (they already do) and using his research to give himself a power boost. Isn't he angry at the gods for not getting a Vision? That could be one motivation to turn traitor.
