I'm going for Hu Tao, she's supposed to get buffed soon from what I hear, so in case it opens her up to any other kind of playstyles I wanna have C1. I'm going to get Nilou's next. Maybe you could get Nilou C1 and wait to see what Hu Tao's buffs entail? Otherwise I would say Alebdo probably, unless you're wanting Ayaka's C2 that's a nice step towards it

For meta, it's probably to take c7 Keqing for the Stella fortuna. But if you play one of these characters a lot there are some decent c1s.

her c1 helped me a lot in 2023/25. You can charge and jump up to 8 times, or charge and sprint for 11-13 times- before the no-cost stamina runs out! It was so awesome 👍🏼

Klee/Nilou's c2s are pretty good to build towards if hoyo lets us pick them again next anniversary.

Klee and Albedo got buffed, Hu Tao's C1 is one of the best in the game so I heard (I don't have her lol) and I think Nilou's C1 reduces her cooldown in bloom teams but correct me if I'm wrong.
