Plus it really doesn't matter for stages that are only meant to be scenic like this one, as the creators don't have to put in much extra effort for things to just work right across all devices

Speaking of which, is there any reason they didn't just make a little domain/castle that looks like the Britain location equivalent in Fate? Besides lazyness, could the reason be because of another political issue or something, or did they only get the rights to create Archer, Saber, Lancer and the holy grail as assets, because I remember from the collab story event there was not a single unique Fate enemy that appears exclusively in that event, not even the final boss, they just reused Scarakabaz and called it a day.

There's several reason i can think off. Other than "laziness"
- Britain itself is depicted as mostly just grassy brown field in Fate's VN original art.
- There's probably some specific issue that Nasu too peculiar with in the collab that makes the development time and scope much smaller than it actually is.
- IMO they couldve at least add some wheats assets for some patch of the grass and move some assets around to hide the fact that it's Aedes Elysiae.

It fits really well to Genshin's Art and Graphic Style. In fact from its introduction in HSR, Aedes Elysiae reminded me a lot of Genshin's landscape, Specifically Liyue imo.
