Still, i am thankful for the cloud because i can play this on samsung a51. The only problem now is my problematic ISP, for past few weeks, its always hovering on 300-500ms ping

Ig 15 mins is too little, but again enough to do dailies if you're far from home and you only have your phone

Only Genshin have their own cloud client. HSR (and I think ZZZ) can be played via GeForce Now
