not really a skill thing, a lot of these accounts are played on by the same CCs and top-level players, and even then, it's much easier to play 15-20s perfectly than 120s perfectly. The level of effort may vary though. A group of players can grind on one particular account for days to get a WR
there is a lot of variance even amongst whale accounts, for example support artifact set quality to meet ER thresholds, critfishing sets, etc. There is always a new bald strat possible on one account but not another at all levels of investment
