Just use Fav. No matter how you build her she doesn't deal damage worth increasing, so just use weapon that helps the team: our lord and saviour Favonious Sword (or Peak Patrol/Freedom Sworn if you have them).
At C0 without Peak Patrol she doesn't even care about Defence all that much. It only helps with her healing which in team with Kokomi is useless.

If you want her as a support, other than her signature, you won't find a better option than Favonius. Her stats are pretty much meaningless, all she does is Skill->2xNA then see you next rotation, all her buffs are directly in the talent level, and her healing is pretty good without tryharding with stats.
Cinnabar is a weapon for damage dealers. Someone like Zibai will probably benefit more from it than Xilonen.

I use the Natlan freebie craftable on her, the one that matches her colors. I can’t remember what it’s called, but she performs perfectly with it. I also have Cinna Spindle and I can’t recall now why I didn’t use it for her back when I first pulled her, but there was a reason.

Favonius is miles better than the craftable. Yeah defence is great but the Teamwide energy fav provides is a lot better

fav or sig, only her healing scales with def, so she doesn't need stats (just get bunch of crit chance to proc fav)

Ppl who say fav I don’t get it. At least in my team for her. Mualani doesn’t really care, Mav can’t benefit from it (unless I am severely misunderstanding something), and Sucrose doesn’t really care either. And Xilo herself doesn’t seem to care either I have her burst ready any time I need healing. If I didn’t have her sig I would just use a def stat stick too I don’t think ER matters much.
Edit: oh realized I can see your team w her on side there. Yeah Venti and Durin will appreciate fav.

Xilonen is a character you can use in many different teams, the fact that one of them won't benefit from Fav doesn't mean it's a bad option. When your alternative is just a bit more healing (which she has enough of even with fav) and a very negligible damage increase - I'd say it's much better to just put her on fav and be free to use her wherever you desire (i.e. Imaginarium Theatre, Stygian, etc).

Mav doesn’t care for Fav, but the Bennett and Citlali supporting Mavuika most certainly do.
Also Mualani’s burst is not an insignificant part of her dmg; you often substitute it for one of the shark chomps whenever it is available as it has good MV. You only don’t build ER on Mualani because it eats into her offensive stats, but she still wants to burst if she can.

The ONE time I quit Genshin for a month was during Cinnabar Spindle event…every event weapon since has been absolute dog water by comparison…
