I ALWAYS do that. The music is one of Genshin's best features. I also rip the game data, so I can have the music in a playlist.

you can try cloudflare warp. just the free version one. im playing on Asia server and having those high ping problem too. both on mobile data and with ethernet when i play on my laptop. the issue is fixed if im using cloudflare warp.
