I have no idea who pull for next and I’m wondering if I should save for Nicole or go for a DPS in each element. ATM in only missing a Dendro and a Cryo DPS (not counting ayaka)
realistically, Columbina/Ineffa/Sucrose core is already very strong. You could get Flins, but I’d rather get Skirk instead. Freeze is very helpful against local legend and non-boss enemies in endgame, and you already have Lunar reaction coverage.
Skirk is much stronger than Ayaka.

Looking at your box, your desire to own a DPS from each element and the fact you do not count Ayaka, Skirk looks like a great pull for you.
If I were you, I would also go for a Nod Krai carry you enjoy (Flins or Zibai for exemple)

Skirk, you already have a good Electro DPS, so it's best to try and cover the missing elements. For lunar bosses, I think you can already manage with just the Columbina + Ineffa core.

Flins then Skirk. Skirk has a far higher skill scaling and is still slightly weaker to comparable at best to Flins Premium comps
