About Fake sky
I’m seeing a lot of people get confused about the fake sky and how it’s presented. If Sartalogi and Dottore have control over space, they could create portals, which would explain the weird presentation of the fake sky—why it appears so close, yet is actually very far away.
The red sky could simply be scattered remnants of the Eternal Moon that formed a semi-asteroid belt around the planet’s orbit. When there’s heavy dust in the atmosphere, sunlight reflects more red wavelengths, which could explain the red coloration—possibly amplified by the moon’s power.

We've seen the black space through the holes and tears in it even while their surroundings remain blue, which means it's not just atmospheric scattering of light (since then the blue should extend over the holes as well.) Everything else, I can explain, but this? This stumps me ever since the quest dropped.
Paimon: "But when you wanted to leave and go on to the next world, your path was blocked by some unknown god?"
there's no retcon, all what we know so far still aligns with what we had had before.
