R5 Favonius Codex or R5 Prototype Amber for Columbina? (C0)

I have C0 Columbina and was wondering if it was better to have Favonius Codex (R5) or Prototype Amber (R1 but will change in the future)? Most of the teams I'm planning to run with her in the future have characters than CAN heal or shield but aren't dedicated healers. Ex: Mizuki, Noelle, C5 Gorou, Ineffa, Xilonen, etc. So it might be beneficial to have that little extra healing?

With Fav (Lvl 80) she has around 39k HP and 165.2 ER
Prototype Amber (Lvl 80) is 44k and 123.3 ER

I would use proto amber in most situations but switch to favonius in stygian where you starts with 0 energy.

Proto amber most of the time except in stygian. Getting bursts as soon as possible is just that crucial.

Also, I think those ER are kinda low unless you're using her as the main driver/DPS. I personally give her at least 180 ER at base and every Fav holder on the team would reduce that requirement by about \~15%.
