So a bit of context, I am currently farming Sky and Serenade in SO until the outbreak ends like next friday, and I just noticed that the flower I just switched to (since I've had it for a while) is 4 line with all desirable stats, since Nefer only cares about CR, CD and EM, so seeing as it could be perfect depending on rolls it could possibly be better? I am unsure about that since I have 100.4% CR with this build (third image is just to show my previous flower and Nefer's ranking with the other one). And since I actually dont have a single dead roll on my flower I am even more unsure since idk at what point either CD or EM is better depending on how much you have, like I have almost 700 EM while having 295% CD, hence why I am asking if I should even bother rerolling the flower.

And I dont have a good on-sett circlet, and I am looking to get a better feather for obvious reasons.

And I am unsure if it is viable to reroll my sands and goblett, cause goblett I only have one dead roll while being 4 line with all desriable stats, since she only cares about CR and CD on sands and goblett, meanwhile my goblett is only 3-line, and the only way I can get a better one is by getting another double crit one but a 4-line... which is really unlikely, but I could just continue crafting multiple gobletts until I get one (I have 12 flasks atm), but I dont find that to be a good way of using/burning my flasks...

Any suggestions/thoughts on how to improve Nefer?

I am currently running her with C0 Lauma (with 6.0 event weapon), C0 Columbina (with PA), and C0 Nahida (with Lost Prayer).
