If you ever cosplay Mona you should make an Ask-Me-For-Directions Arnold prop too

Wonder how many players get it

The crow reminds me of the Parks and Rec scene of Food and Stuff. Did you get the Oz from Food and Stuff?
danie_cos2026-01-25 16:15
Got it from Amazon 🤔

Looks good!
How do you feel about trying some paint? (Probably want to start with a light coating of black primer before you start.)
For example, it looks like the bird has enough texture that you could try giving it a light dry brushing of white paint. Go a little heavier as you near the ends of it's wings and tail. Get the whole of the eyebrows and toenails too. Once that dries, hit the whole thing with purple wash and then seal with a gloss spray varnish (mind the humidity levels!).
Alternatively, you hit the whole thing with a purple color shifting paint. Just do some research first to make sure the final shade is right. The black primer will help it from becoming to bright, but if it still is, a black wash after the color shifting paint can help tone it down. It will also darken the recessed areas to give it some shading.
In either case, the feather texture on that is kinda light, so be careful to not apply any paints too thick or you'll lost the details. Afterword, don't forget the felt pieces you added. They really do a great job of changing that from just another crow to Ozvaldo Hrafnavins.
