It’s pretty much the biggest gacha game, not just biggest gacha rpg.

Silver Palace or something its called looks kinda cool. Only seen animations though. If the systems are good I might drop genshin or zzz for it but somehow doubt it.

I mean, Genshin is THE game that made the "gacha" style games mainstream. Before that they were a niche concept.

Is it too late to start play do you think? Or is it the perfect time?

Best time to start was back in 1.0 when the game released.

Second best time is now.

It's not too late, don't worry about it. But expect to be very behind on everything for a couple of months. This is going to be a commitment, and you need to stick to it. It will take a while to get your bearings.

After their first game was such a flop - there is very small chances it will be good.
Arknights Endfield and Ananta looks much more promising

In terms of map size and diversity of areas/features. it's Tower of Fantasy. It's around 150 km² bigger than Genshin map. There's like 5 types of flight (one like in Attack on Titan). Imagine sci-fi, wuxia, customizable mechas, futuristic cities, space / asteroid, underwater areas, wastelands etc in one game. Next area is Horror-Steampunk https://youtu.be/xxmonZZbT90?si=aU-f1jH71wiy1qVw

If you're looking for a freshly released game, there's Arknights Endfield which released this week. While it has some passing similarities to Genshin, the mechanics are completely different. It's pretty fun though.
